Colissimo: 48 hours after the shipment from Monday to Saturday.

In Europe:

Outside EU area:

When my package is being shipped ?

Colissimo is delivered by La Poste in two to three days. In case of absence, La Poste leave you a calling card indicating the conditions for removal of your package. The deadline to collect your parcel is generally 15 days.

How to return an item ?

We conduct exchanges or refunds. If you so request, and provided we return, within 14 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original and unused packaging BOIS DE CERF can refund your order or to exchange . Maintenance and care

We advise you to make normal use of your product BOIS DE CERF. The materials that compose remain natural and therefore can undergo changes over time depending on the use you can make of it. It is strongly recommended to avoid prolonged sun exposure too, especially if it is personalized by printing or product corresponding to the limited edition product range. However, we ask that you avoid, insofar as possible, prolonged contact with liquid sources, even if our products have a special treatment that confer resistance against splashes.
